I have been packed for weeks it seems. On Saturday, my daughter Vanessa and I went shopping in Freehold, NJ, and so I own a few new things that needed to be incorporated into my suitcase. What a job that turned out to be! It seems as though I need to completely repack.
I still need to register with the US Department of State (http://travel.registration.gov/), which is not a requirement but very useful if there is some state of emergency where US Citizens need to be evacuated, so, given recent events in Egypt, I think it can't hurt. I have to update my Marist Student ID still too. The front of the ID still has my social security number! I think this ID design was changed about 10 years ago, so I definitely need to update.
